Why is Hydration important?

       Water is what makes your body work. The better hydrated you are, the better it will work. Your blood will flow easier; your body doesn't have to work as hard to do daily chores like keeping your metabolism working. 

        If you are starting your journey to getting healthy, losing weight, or increasing your fitness, drinking more water is the first and easiest step. If your pee is generally clear and you keep your bottle of water with you, you may be able to check this box already. When you start drinking more, you will also start to pee more. But don't worry. It will get easier as your body gets used to it.

Why Start with Drinking Water First

       It's important not to overthink it. Even once we understand how important drinking enough water is when you are thirsty, drink some water. Drinking enough water will set you up for success. 

  1. It's the easiest step.

  2. It will make working out easier.

  3. It will help you eat less food.

       Once you start to drink more water, your body will let you know how much you need to drink.
